Just starting You’ve got the expertise, but no strategic foundation yet.
You walk away with Positioning, your first offers, and the infrastructure to start booking and delivering work with confidence.
Whether you’re launching your expertise into the thought leader space or sharpening an established platform, the work begins the same way — with clarity, structure, and the right sequence.
You’ve built credibility in another arena — corporate or nonprofit leadership, public service, media, ministry — and you’re ready to turn that expertise into a thought leader business.
You’re already speaking, writing, consulting, and building. You know the model could be sharper, more profitable, and more sustainable than it is now.
When the model is right, the work changes shape.
Four engagements, each built for a specific moment. One will sound like yours.
Just starting You’ve got the expertise, but no strategic foundation yet.
You walk away with Positioning, your first offers, and the infrastructure to start booking and delivering work with confidence.
Stuck mid-build The business runs, but the fees, the book, or the offers have drifted (and you’re too close to see the fix).
You walk away with A short written plan: what to change, in what order, and where to focus over the next 90 days.
Ready to grow You’re established, but you need structure, not more tactics.
You walk away with A redesigned business model, built and implemented alongside you against real results.
Successful but stretched You don’t want to make the big calls alone anymore.
You walk away with One strategic session per month, real-time calibration, and access in between for big decisions that can’t wait.
Not sure which one fits?
We’ll figure it out together.
However we work together, the method is the same.
Strategy first. Tactics second. Heart always.
A coach helps you get out of your own way. I redesign the business itself: the offers, the pricing, the revenue architecture, the sequence. The difference is what I did before this: I spent years building an expert business from the inside, not coaching one from the sidelines. Many of my clients have worked with a coach. That wasn’t wrong. It just didn’t solve what truly needed to be addressed.
Every engagement runs the same sequence: diagnose, decide, design, deploy. The depth changes with the tier. The order doesn’t. We start by mapping what you’ve actually built and finding where value is leaking. We settle the foundational questions before anything gets built. Then offers, pricing, and delivery get designed to fit together, and we sequence the work so you always know what’s next.
The first conversation is a diagnostic, not a sales call, and it’s free. If I don’t think I’m the right person for what you need, I’ll say so, and point you toward someone who is. That costs you nothing but half an hour.
Both. Plenty of my clients sell into corporate: leadership teams, EOS-minded organizations, conference programs. Part of the work is building the model that makes that sale repeatable.
Not ready for a call?
The seven questions I open every engagement with. They decide whether a business grows with clarity, profit, and staying power — and they’re useful on their own, before we ever talk.
One email with the guide. No spam, incessant emails, or anything you didn’t ask for.
