She launched and built one of the most successful businesses in the personal development/self-help industry, including launching five $1M+ brands in five years. She built business operations from the ground up, negotiated 6-figure keynote speaking contracts, and managed training seminars for thousands of people. She created and sold new programs from $49 to $100,000 and identified new revenue streams for clients looking to grow their influence and their income.

An accidental entrepreneur at heart, she wouldn't have predicted any of these stats when her career began.

With a Master’s degree in Higher Education and on a path to build leadership programs for college students, Jenni found her way to the personal development/expert industry through a series of right place, right time moments.

After facilitating leadership programs for students around the country, Jenni joined forces with Brendon Burchard in 2006 to host the College Success Bootcamp for high school and college students and their parents.

In 2007, The Burchard Group was created to help experts learn how to get paid for their knowledge. Through live training seminars, online courses and keynote speeches, thought leaders from around the world interacted with The Burchard Group programs to develop skills, build their following and monetize their expertise through speaking, writing and training platforms.

In the span of eight years as Chief Operating Officer of The Burchard Group, Jenni wore (almost) every hat—sales, operations, event production, volunteer management, business strategy, customer service, human resources. She worked with the Who’s Who list of the expert industry—from #1 NYT bestselling authors and global celebrities to up and coming gurus working their way to the top. She put structure to chaos, collaborated with big picture thinkers and turned crazy ideas into reality.

All of these experiences taught Jenni two important things:

1. It made her heart sing to EMPOWER EXPERTS to share their voice and their mission with the masses.

2. She’s a BUILDER. She loves to create, shape and design businesses with thought leaders who are ready to change the world.

In 2014, Jenni launched Ignite Development to support speakers, writers and coaches at the earliest stages of their expert career. She helps them make money with their message, expand their influence and share their story.

Jenni’s clients have said she’s the “Expert Whisperer.” With an ability to think both strategically and tactically, she backs her work with a huge heart for watching her clients build, expand and grow the business they’ve always dreamed of.

Jenni knows how to get your work out there! I came to Jenni with 470 great to mediocre ideas (well, probably 7 great ideas; who am I kidding?) and she helped me boil them down to their essences, create strategies and an action plan, and then get my ideas out into the world. Specifically I was at a point in my business where I just didn't know which way to go.
