Small groups of like-minded experts who meet monthly, hold each other accountable and celebrate wins and struggles together.

Members of the groups are Speakers, Authors, Trainers, Coaches and Consultants.  The group generates the syllabus of topics so the content is 100% relevant to your specific needs.

This is your working laboratory—a place to practice, ask questions, get feedback, craft your message and accelerate your growth.

Group meetings are monthly for 2.5 hours in person in Indianapolis, IN with an additional accountability check-in phone call at the end of each month. You’ll have clear action steps and accountability in each meeting to help you stay focused and maintain momentum.  The groups gather for a happy hour every quarter with no agenda—just time to connect, celebrate and create together.

An intentional blend of business strategy and best sales practices, this is designed to get you out of your silo, encourage you to think creatively, to share wins with your fellow participants and feel confident about your plan for your business in the year ahead.

WHAT WE WILL DO:

Meeting 1:

  • Identify what you should start doing and stop doing in your business between now and the end of the year
  • Establish weekly tasks and behaviors to help you stay focused on sales
  • Understand how to leverage your social media/email lists for end-of-year push
  • Learn the language to use to ask for the sale and help close end-of-year deals

Meeting 2:

  • Ask Jenni Anything—submit your question(s) in advance and come ready to move at a quick pace through anywhere you’re feeling stuck related to sales or strategy for your business

Meeting 3:

  • Define what success looks like for you in the next 12 months
  • Identify strategies to build your pipeline for 2022
  • Establish your KPI’s and business scorecard to measure sales behaviors throughout the year
  • Schedule meetings for January now so you return from the holidays with prospect conversations already booked
  • Jenni’s Favorite Things: a resource list of groups, programs, people and tools to help you along the way

HOW WE WILL DO IT:

  • Three training sessions, facilitated by Jenni Robbins
  • Each session will be 90 minutes via Zoom
  • You will receive access to the recordings so you can reference back at any point
  • You will be partnered up with a peer for two check-in meetings in between training sessions, focused on accountability, troubleshooting and serving as each other’s sounding board
  • You will have one 1:1 call with Jenni in January 2022 to answer any questions, help if you’re stuck or redesign if something isn’t working
