Jason Barnaby is the Chief Fire Starter at Fire Starters Inc., specializing in igniting sustainable change in individuals and corporations. A 20-year veteran of the adult education world with a nine-year career in financial services, he has always been drawn to the magic of the “A-HA” moment. Be it with his students, those he trained in corporate America, or the sales teams he led, he is always looking for ways to connect, engage, and disrupt the status quo. Jason and his family also run the activity portion of E-Club every Thursday afternoon in downtown Indianapolis for 100 K-6 students at KIDS Inc., a non-profit started by his father over 23 years ago. Daron Earlewine

Daron is a Spiritual Entreprenuer, focused on helping individuals discover who they were born to be. He goes to great lengths to do it—from his work with churches in Bosnia to his outreach in his hometown of Indianapolis, IN, he has been building spiritual communities for his whole adult life.

Daron started his own church at age 23 and spent eight years growing small and mega church families. He’s also the founder of Pub Theology: Faith, Hope, Love, and Beer (or Indy’s best party with a purpose).

He can be heard as “Pastor Daron” on the Smiley Morning Show in Indianapolis and on his own show on Sunday nights on WZPL. He’s the creator of Spiritual DNA, a life calling workshop that has helped more than 3,000 individuals discover who God created them to be.  

Sally Perkins

Sally Perkins is a professional storyteller who travels the country speaking, training, and performing stories of all sorts: historical, wisdom, personal . . . even ghoulish. As a storyteller, she’s been a featured performer at the Indianapolis Spirit & Place Festival, the Indy Fringe Theatre Festival, and the Tennessee Haunting in the Hills Festival. Her Digging in Their Heels story was a top-selling show at the 2018 Indy Fringe Theatre Festival. She’s often commissioned to create and perform stories on historical figures and locations.

As a trainer, Sally helps professional clients needing to perfect the stories of their organizations and businesses. Clients include Union Pacific Railroad, United Way, Butler University, and Bells Brewery.

Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, she has taught rhetoric and public speaking for nearly 30 years and currently teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Butler University.

On her best days you can find her telling stories at the bedsides of children at Riley’s Hospital for Children.

Rebecca Hession

Rebecca has nearly two decades of experience working in leadership, team building, consultative selling, transforming HR and training professionals to become business consultants. She excels in leading teams to achieve specific business outcomes through training, coaching and keynote presentations. Rebecca has a track record of success earning President’s Club for 15 years with the FranklinCovey Company as well as the Principle Centered Leadership Award both years she was eligible. She was chosen to perform an original piece for the Listen to Your Mother show in 2015 and her TEDx talk has been viewed more than 100K times. Her personal blog has nearly one million views.
