Lindsay is a nationally-recognized speaker and has been coaching, researching and developing programs for Millennials for nearly a decade. Lindsay loves working with young talent and the organizations that employ them. Lindsay empowers young employees to develop themselves into the top talent in their organization.

Lindsay has partnered with organizations such as Cars.com, Intern Bridge and the Indiana Supreme Court, to spread her message about creating meaningful workplace environments for Millennials, Boomers and everyone in between.

Lindsay holds a degree in psychology and public communication from Syracuse University, and a coaching certification through the International Coach Federation.
